Are your services safe?

Our team of professional movers and junk removers are licensed and insured for the safety of our clients and their property. Our junk removal experts are clean-cut and certified professionals, trained extensively on moving and junk removal as well as customer service.

Do you handle electronic recycling?

Definitely. Electronics recycling and removal can be a tricky thing to handle on your own — we will handle the safe disposal.

Can I book same-day or next-day junk hauling?

Same-day and next-day hauling can often be accommodated, based on availability. When you contact us, your request is handled quickly by our team.

For faster service we suggest booking early in the week to avoid busy weekends and holidays. Availability and pricing depend on your location, the type of items being removed, and how much there is — so it helps to know what you need hauled before calling, and we can schedule you sooner.

How much do you charge?

We charge based on how much space you fill in the truck. The truck is equivalent to a 15-yard dumpster, or the contents of a small bedroom. The price includes all labor, dump fees and time. There are no hidden fees, and we give you a free estimate before we do any work.

Heavy construction material: for dense material we can load the truck to a maximum depth of one foot. That includes masonry, gravel, concrete, brick, soil, tiles and shingles.

Labor and moving without removal: if you want something moved within your home after we remove your junk, we are happy to help. Substantial extra labor — deconstructing furniture, bagging items, carpet removal and similar — is billed at an hourly rate.

Why can't you give me an exact price before you arrive?

Picture your sofa, then a friend's sofa, then your parents' sofa. Each one is a different size and shape, and that is true of almost everything we haul. Our pricing is based on the nature and volume of the material, so an exact quote needs eyes on the items.

We can absolutely discuss a preliminary price range over the phone, and once we arrive and look, we can give you a close, guaranteed estimate before any work begins.

Are you insured?

Yes. Our luggers are professionally trained to remove items safely and efficiently. In the unlikely event your home is damaged during our service, our trucks and employees are fully insured, so your home is protected. We carry liability insurance, workers compensation, and theft/collision insurance on the trucks.
